Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Vanilla Protein Powder

Honey

Peanut Butter

of Jam
Instructions
Mix together your dry ingredients well (oats and protein powder).
Add in your peanut butter and honey to the dry ingredients using a blending fork.
Firmly press half of the mixture into your parchment-lined 9x9 pan.
Top the bottom layer with jam.
Using the remaining oat mixture, top the bars and gently press to secure the layers.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
Cut into 8 bars for serving.
Notes
These bars should be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
